Message A 4200k (or thereabouts) will be the highest lumens, brightest, whitest light.

If you are going for the bluish look.. then the 5600-6000 will do that, but not quite as bright.

Then once you pass 6000k its all fake (tinted bulb). The phillips ultinon is the only (worthwhile) 6000k bulb on the market afaik.

It depends if your top priorty is lighting quality or looks... although afaik the 6000k will be QUITE an improvement regardless.. while it may strain your eyes just a bit at night.
